What data do we collect?
We collect only the information you choose to provide to us, in particular when you fill in a contact form, request information about our services, or write to us by email.
This information may include: your name, your email address, your telephone number, and any information you choose to share in your message.
As part of the projects carried out by Transmission, we may also collect audio recordings, photographs, personal documents or any other information necessary to produce the story or sound creation entrusted to us.
Why do we collect this data?
The data collected enables us to respond to your requests, discuss a project with you, prepare and carry out the services offered by Transmission, follow up on our work, and comply with our legal and administrative obligations.
We never sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties.
How long do we keep your data?
Contact data is kept only for the time necessary to process your request and follow up on our relationship, then deleted or archived in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
The terms for retaining the recordings and content produced as part of projects are set out in article 6 below.
Who has access to your data?
The data is exclusively intended for Transmission and the technical service providers necessary for the operation of the site and the delivery of projects (hosting, email, secure storage, processing and production tools).
These service providers are required to respect the confidentiality and security of the data entrusted to them.
Retention of audio recordings and produced content
As part of the projects carried out by Transmission, the original audio recordings as well as the final versions of the stories, sound portraits or creations produced may be kept for an extended period.
The purpose of this retention is to allow, where possible, the restoration or reproduction of a project in the event of loss, damage or destruction of the medium delivered to the family.
These archives are stored securely and are never broadcast, shared or communicated to third parties without the consent of the persons concerned or their beneficiaries.
Participants may request the deletion of their data under the conditions provided for by applicable regulations, subject to legal retention obligations and any contractual commitments in force.
Use of artificial intelligence tools
Transmission may use artificial intelligence tools in certain stages of preparation, analysis or narrative structuring of the stories.
When these tools are used, we take care to limit the personal information transmitted and favour, where possible, the anonymisation or pseudonymisation of the content processed.
Artificial intelligence tools never replace the work of listening, analysis, interpretation and storytelling carried out by Transmission. They are merely assistance tools intended to facilitate certain information-processing tasks.
The content entrusted to Transmission is never sold, used for advertising purposes or used for any purpose other than carrying out the projects concerned.
Data security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect the information entrusted to us against any unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction.
Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights: the right of access to your data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object, and the right to data portability.
